This position is for someone who is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to make an immediate sales impact on the company. We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Director of Sales who has a proven track record of success selling multifamily solutions to senior level contacts within the industry.



  • Identify and cultivate sales opportunities in a large geographic territory
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers within multifamily owners, operators and investors
  • Drive company and product awareness within the territory
  • Meet monthly sales goals
  • Help identify new product opportunities or features


  • 3+ years selling into the multifamily industry required in order to be successful in the role (preferably into the Operations or Capital Teams)
  • 5+ years of B2B selling experience
  • Strong track record of consistently hitting your goals
  • Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects
  • Self-motivated and flexible, ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within a specific region 25% of the time.
