This position is for someone who is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to make an immediate sales impact on the company. We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Director of Sales who has a proven track record of success selling multifamily solutions to senior level contacts within the industry.
- Identify and cultivate sales opportunities in a large geographic territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers within multifamily owners, operators and investors
- Drive company and product awareness within the territory
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Help identify new product opportunities or features
- 3+ years selling into the multifamily industry required in order to be successful in the role (preferably into the Operations or Capital Teams)
- 5+ years of B2B selling experience
- Strong track record of consistently hitting your goals
- Ability to identify, qualify and prioritize prospects
- Self-motivated and flexible, ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel within a specific region 25% of the time.
