Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000
On-target Commission Range: $25,000 – $30,000

Job Summary: The Business Development Representatives will be responsible for identifying, creating and cultivating new qualified sales opportunities in target markets for the outside sales team and from marketing campaigns. The BDR will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with prospective clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy to promote product awareness and increase sales
  • Develop a plan for high volume outbound sales calling and emails to owners, managers and investors in multifamily real estate across the U.S.
  • Handle all inbound inquiries for multifamily
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Help develop and follow up on tradeshow campaigns and leads
  • Become an expert with our CRM tool including the Marketing Automation and Reporting modules

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven work experience in business development, sales or relevant role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the natural ability to articulate our value proposition verbally and through email
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Proficiency in Gmail, CRM tools and MS Office
  • Excellent time management and planning skills

Education and Experience:

  • 2-4 years business experience
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
