Gillan Hawkes is the EVP of Product Management at Position Imaging, bringing over a decade of experience scaling high-growth B2B Hardware and SaaS platforms from early traction to $100M+ ARR.
She has built and led product organizations at 4 startups and delivered two successful exits: to Shopify for $500M and to Motorola Solutions. Her expertise spans generative and predictive AI, e-commerce, retail, supply chain, and hardware-software integration, with a track record of creating, launching and scaling 0 to 1 products, and leading high growth organizations. Prior to pivoting into the startup world, Gillan led various product teams at global retailers such as Tesco, M&S and Home Depot in the US and UK.
At Position Imaging, she leads product management for a platform at the intersection of AI, computer vision, and precision tracking.

Nar Chakravarty is Senior Director of Research & Development at Position Imaging, leading technology development and solution design across computer vision, RF, and sensor fusion systems, and has spent over a decade at the forefront of the company’s computer vision and tracking technology.
Beginning as Lead Computer Vision Engineer and Architect, Nar has grown alongside the platforms he helped build — contributing to the core innovations that underpin Position Imaging’s product line and patent portfolio. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Boston University with a focus on signal processing, and conducted research at the National Physical Laboratory in New Delhi early in his career.
At Position Imaging, he leads the R&D team, driving both technical innovation and scalable system design to push the boundaries of spatial intelligence technology.

Shelly Peterson - VP of Smart Package Room

Lucas Carvalho is SVP of Operations at Position Imaging, bringing over 18 years of senior leadership experience in corporate operations and resource management. Before joining Position Imaging in 2022, Lucas served as VP of Corporate Resources at BAMSI, a Brockton, Massachusetts-based nonprofit that impacts the lives of more than 50,000 individuals annually through programs supporting people with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. The operational complexity of running an organization of that scope, and the discipline required to do it in service of a meaningful mission, is something Lucas carries into his work at Position Imaging.

Shelly Peterson is Vice President of Smart Package Room at Position Imaging, bringing a unique combination of real estate, operations, and smart package management expertise to one of the company’s flagship products. Before joining Position Imaging, Shelly served as Regional Sales Director at Parcel Pending by Quadient, a leading provider of smart locker solutions, giving her firsthand insight into the competitive landscape and the needs of the companies Position Imaging serves. Earlier in her career, Shelly held progressive leadership roles in the real estate industry, including Marketing Coordinator, Regional Manager, Director of Leasing at Irvine Company, and Director of Operations at Cypress Real Estate Advisors, building a strong foundation in both residential and commercial real estate operations. At Position Imaging, she has advanced from Director of Sales to Senior Director of Real Estate and now Vice President: a trajectory that reflects both her leadership impact and the company’s continued growth.

Richard Brouillette is VP of Finance at Position Imaging, bringing over four decades of financial leadership across some of the most demanding environments in technology, manufacturing, and consumer goods. His career spans senior finance roles at IBM, AstraZeneca, Welch Foods, Presstek, and Mettler-Toledo Thornton — where he served as CFO for more than 15 years — giving him a breadth of experience that few finance executives can match. Most recently, he served concurrently as Controller at Haigh-Farr, a precision antenna manufacturer, before joining Position Imaging in 2023. He holds a BS in Accounting from Boston University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Bridgeport. At Position Imaging, Rich brings the financial discipline and institutional depth that a growing, innovation-driven company needs to scale.

Dick Sillman is the EVP of Engineering at Position Imaging, bringing decades of hands-on leadership across some of the most recognized hardware products in consumer technology. A co-inventor of the Apple Magic Mouse and a key engineering contributor to AppleTV, Mac Mini, WebTV, and the OnLive Game System, Dick has shipped innovative products at Apple, Microsoft, and Sun Microsystems — earning two President’s Awards for Innovation at Sun and contributing to five successful company exits. At Position Imaging, he leads the hardware and software engineering teams driving the next generation of precision tracking products.

Ned Hill is the founder and CEO of Position Imaging, holding over 50 active patents and more than 40 pending patent applications across precision tracking, computer vision, and AI.
Under his leadership, Position Imaging has raised over $90 million, built a world-class partner ecosystem, and developed a technology platform and patent portfolio cited by over 20 global technology leaders.
Named Technology Innovator of the Year by the Multifamily Innovation Council, Ned has been an invited speaker at CES, MIT, Parcel Forum, and Live Free and Start on the future of precision tracking and logistics fulfillment.

Hayat Amin is President of Intellectual Property at Position Imaging, bringing deep expertise in patent strategy, IP commercialization, and technology valuation to one of the company's most critical growth opportunities. As founder and CEO of Beyond Elevation, Hayat has spent his career helping innovative companies turn their patents and proprietary know-how into licensing revenue and increased valuation — with a track record spanning billions in IP value unlocked across multiple exits. His background in corporate finance, combined with specialized expertise in AI and hardware/software IP strategy, makes him uniquely suited to help Position Imaging realize the full commercial potential of its patent portfolio. He has served as a mentor at Techstars and the Startup Leadership Program, and as a trusted financial and strategic advisor to some of the world's most innovative technology companies.

Lauren Koppelman is Head of Marketing at Position Imaging, bringing over 15 years of experience scaling technology companies across cybersecurity, robotics, and B2B SaaS. Before joining Position Imaging, Lauren served as Senior Global Campaign Manager at Fortinet, where she orchestrated a global Magic Quadrant campaign that launched within 12 minutes of embargo lift and generated over $400 million in early pipeline. Prior to that, she built integrated marketing programs at Next DLP — influencing 13% of new business — and at 6 River Systems, where her customer marketing work contributed $4.6 million in bookings and $120 million in pipeline within its first year. At Position Imaging, she leads go-to-market strategy across the company's product lines while building the brand, PR, and analyst relations foundation from the ground up.
